When applied pure, TONING FILTER LIGHT BEIGE 931 is the ideal colour refresher for extra light blonde hair with a slightly warm colour character. This shade is perfect for making very light faded, colourless blonde tones shine again as a sand-coloured, light blonde. Best results on extra light blonde hair and faded, colourless light blonde tones.
Combined with the Mixing Filter Clear, the results are slightly more pastel. Mixed with the Mixing Filters Shadow or Blush, this Toning Filter creates a smokey or powdery effect.
