These innovative stickers serve as a helpful visual tool to better assess the current impact of UV radiation on the skin throughout the day. The way they work is based on a reaction to sunlight, with the small patches changing colour depending on the intensity. For correct use, a sticker is simply stuck to a dry, uncovered area of skin that is exposed to the sun. The sunscreen is then applied as usual over the patch and the rest of the skin. As long as the material appears transparent, the applied protection can be considered sufficient. However, a change to a purple colour indicates that the UV exposure is increasing and it is advisable to renew the sun protection or take a break in the shade. The robust material is designed to be water and sweat resistant so that the indicators usually stick well even when moving around or bathing. This pack contains 72 individual pieces, which allows for regular use over a longer period of time. These smart helpers support a conscious approach to the sun, whereby they do not replace sun protection itself, but merely visualise its status.

Stick the UV WARNING STICKER on an uncovered area of skin that is exposed to the sun.
Apply your sun cream as usual.
Wait a few minutes: as soon as the UV WARNING STICKER becomes transparent, your skin is optimally protected.
Transparent = protected: As long as the UV WARNING STICKER remains transparent, you can enjoy the sun without worry.
Purple = reapply: If the UV-WARNING-STICKER turns purple again, it is time to seek shade and apply sunscreen (SPF 30+) Important: Not a substitute for sunscreen! Plasters can fade in extreme temperatures. Avoid contact with eyes. Store in a cool and dry place.
