For defined and visually fuller eyebrows, the ARTDECO Brow Filler offers a precise solution. The tinted gel is enriched with fine fibres that settle between the existing hairs. This helps to conceal small gaps and give the brows more density and volume. The gel-like texture coats each individual hair and ensures even colour application. The integrated spiral brush allows the product to be applied easily and precisely. The formula is designed to provide a natural hold once dry, without sticking. This keeps the eyebrows in shape all day long.
