ARTDECO’s Limited Edition Pop Art Kajal Liner combines intense colour payoff with a particularly smooth application. The creamy texture glides effortlessly onto the eyelid, with the tip sliding gently and without resistance. This allows you to draw precise, fine lines as well as create wider, striking contours for expressive eye make-up. The special formulation is not only suitable for the lash line but is also designed for use on the inner waterline. The formula contains selected ingredients such as shea butter, jojoba oil and canola oil, which significantly enhance the smoothness of the tip. Attention has also been paid to the packaging, as the pencil is made from wood sourced from FSC-certified forests. Visually, the liner stands out thanks to its light beige shaft, which is accentuated by the lettering and a black cap. Thanks to its high coverage, a rich colour result is achieved from the very first application; it lasts reliably and is smudge-proof.
