To apply them, a small amount of a suitable, special skin adhesive is usually applied in small dots to a previously cleansed and oil-free area. Tweezers can help to position the small stones precisely and then press them down gently until the adhesive has dried. Removal is done later by simply peeling the stones off the skin or nail. Any residue from the adhesive can often be removed afterwards using your fingers or an oil-free remover. The stones are made of sturdy glass and are designed to be used as highlights.

For optimum durability of the sparkler, apply a small amount of Glue for Sparkler to the desired, oil-free area of skin. Place the rhinestone - possibly with the help of tweezers - on the desired area of skin, press on lightly and then leave to dry. To remove, simply remove the rhinestone. If necessary, gently remove the adhesive residue with your fingers or an oil-free make-up remover.
