1. rinse skin with warm water
Start by moisturising your skin with warm water in the shower to open the pores and prepare it optimally for care.
2. apply B12 Body Wash
Apply a small amount to your hand or a flannel and massage the product in gently using circular movements. Concentrate particularly on dry or stressed areas of skin.
3. rinse thoroughly
Rinse the skin with lukewarm water to remove any residue and leave the skin feeling fresh and clean. Avoid very hot water as it can dry out the skin.
4 Gently pat dry
Gently pat the skin dry with a soft towel to retain moisture. Avoid vigorous rubbing to protect the skin's natural barrier.
5. moisturise with body lotion
For optimum results, apply a body lotion afterwards to intensively moisturise the skin and keep it supple.

Use the body wash daily for a fresh skin feeling and optimum care. If your skin is particularly dry, you can leave it on for a few seconds before rinsing it off so that the moisturising ingredients are better absorbed.
