The CS 820 Medium manual toothbrush from Curaprox is characterised by its specific bristle configuration, which differs significantly from conventional models. Instead of conventional nylon, the Swiss manufacturer uses patented CUREN® filaments, which are known for their special shape stability. Even when wet, these fibres retain their original strength as far as possible, which enables a consistent brushing feel. A total of 820 of these filaments are arranged on the brush head and form a dense cleaning surface. With a diameter of 0.18 millimetres each, the bristles offer a medium thickness that can support thorough cleaning of the tooth surfaces without the softness of the finer Curaprox models. The compact and slightly angled head makes it easier to navigate the oral cavity so that even the back molars or the inside of the rows of teeth can be reached precisely. A key feature of the design is the octagonal handle. This ergonomic shape helps to position the toothbrush almost intuitively at the correct 45-degree angle to optimally reach the gum line. The high number of filaments creates a large brushing surface, which enables efficient cleaning.
