Facial toner is used after cleansing and takes your skincare routine to a new level. After cleansing, soak a cotton pad in toner and gently wipe over your face, neck and décolleté. Avoid contact with the eyes or lips. The toner removes the last traces of dirt, make-up and excess skin oil and prepares the skin for subsequent facial care.
