The composition by perfumer Aurélien Guichard opens with the juicy freshness of the Asian nashi fruit, a blend of pear and apple, which is underlined by warm ambrette seeds. At the heart of the fragrance, a floral bouquet of delicate peony and sweet pea unfolds, to which the indole molecule lends a special liveliness. The fragrance experience is rounded off by a base of earthy patchouli, soft cedarwood and creamy vanilla, accompanied by white musk accords. This combination creates a floral-fruity character with a slightly woody and powdery depth. The flacon itself is a work of art, with its many edges reminiscent of the pleats that give it its name and an uncut gemstone.
