Constructed in an ergonomic offset design, the model has an angled thumb eye and a removable finger hook, which promotes a relaxed posture of the arm and hand muscles. Cutting performance is characterised by the slightly curved, convex blades with fully integrated slicing edge and DC honing, ideal for precise slicing techniques. A flat Smart Spin screw system not only ensures play-free movement, but also allows individual adjustment of the scissor lock.
