Treat your skin to a moment of relaxation with the highly sensorial formulas of the new Hydra Zen and its floral, soothing fragrance. 1. Take a hazelnut-sized amount of cream and warm it between your palms. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths into your hands. Spread the product with your hands over your forehead, cheeks, chin, upper and lower lips, and along the jawline. 2. Using your index finger and applying light pressure, move slowly from the centre of your face outwards – towards your neck and ears. Start at the jawline and work your way across the mouth, nose, eyes, glabella and forehead. Repeat three times. 3. Finish the treatment with long, gliding downward strokes on the neck, one hand after the other. Take a deep breath as your hand strokes upwards, pause briefly, and breathe out slowly through your mouth as you stroke downwards. Repeat three times. TIP: Move your fingers slowly, one after the other, from the centre of your face outwards – from your forehead to your neck – whilst applying gentle pressure to your skin. Repeat three times. Feel the relaxing and soothing effect of these small pressure points, which activate the skin’s natural moisturising process.
