Apply a nourishing or protective face cream in the morning or evening. Take a small amount from the jar or tube and apply it to your fingertips. Start by applying the cream to your chin in circular motions and move on to your cheeks. Then apply cream to your forehead from the inside out. Apply the face cream from the root of the nose to the temples without applying pressure. Finally, apply to the bridge of the nose and the eye area.
