The High Voltage Classic hair colour in the shade Electric Lizard offers a bright neon green for expressive hair looks. This semi-permanent tint from Manic Panic is known for giving hair an intense colour that washes out over time. The creamy formula wraps around the hair without penetrating deep into the hair structure. For a particularly intense and luminous result, application on lightened hair is recommended, ideally at a level 7 to 10. A special feature of this colour is its effect under black light, in which the neon green pigments begin to glow. The formulation is vegan and free from PPD. The practical container is resealable so that unused colour can be stored for later applications or to freshen up.

      Hair colouring
    Before applying a hair tint, moisten your hair and then lightly towel-dry it. Then put on the gloves that come with the tint and apply the paste to your fingers. The hair colour is then worked in from the roots to the ends. You can spread the colour through your hair with your fingers or with a comb. The result is more even if the colour is distributed with a comb. The colour remains in the hair for around 20 to 30 minutes to achieve the desired result. The hair is then rinsed until clear water can be seen. After tinting, the hair is not washed for 24 to 48 hours.
