Ideally, you should use a foot spray in the evening. Clean your feet thoroughly beforehand with soap and lukewarm water. Then dry your feet thoroughly. Then spray on your foot spray. When spraying, remember to spray between your toes and on your heels. Your feet will feel cool and refreshed as soon as you spray it on.
