Ideally, you should use your foot mask in the evening when you are no longer going out. Clean your feet with clean water and a little soap. Then dry the skin on your feet. Now unpack the masks in the form of socks and put them on. Lean back, relax and allow the ingredients in the socks to work into your feet.
