The Nioxin System 4 Cleanser Shampoo was developed for coloured hair that requires special care. It gently cleanses the scalp and hair. It removes residues such as excess sebum and impurities that can build up on the scalp. The formulation with peppermint oil and salicylic acid ensures a pleasant feeling on the scalp. The shampoo is tailored to the needs of coloured and visibly thinning hair and helps to maintain the hair colour. As the first step in a comprehensive care system, it optimally prepares the hair for the subsequent treatment with conditioner and leave-in product. Application helps to give the hair a fuller and thicker appearance.

Repair shampoos are as easy to use as conventional shampoos, but make a big difference to damaged and stressed hair. Apply a hazelnut-sized amount of Repair Shampoo to wet hair and massage it thoroughly into the scalp and hair with your fingers until a velvety lather forms. Wash out the shampoo and repeat the application. After the second application, leave the repair shampoo on for a few minutes. Finally, rinse the product thoroughly from the hair with clear, lukewarm water. For optimum results, you should combine the repairing shampoo with a suitable repair conditioner from the selected manufacturer.
