Use
For best results, use the foot file wet or dry after you have treated your feet with Nature Strong Soft & Gone callus remover. Use the coarse (80 grit) side first, followed by the medium (120 grit) side. Continue with the Nature Strong Smooth It Out scrub.
To attach interchangeable file blade: Peel off protective film, smooth strips with firm pressure.
To remove the file blade: Loosen the strip near the thumb recess and pull it off. Wash file and remove excess adhesive, then disinfect file. Dry thoroughly before using a new file blade.
