Eyeshadow primer is available in a tin, a tube or a bottle with an integrated applicator. However, the application of the individual products differs only slightly. Apply a thin layer of eyeshadow primer to the eyelid from the base of the eyelashes to the eyebrows. Use the applicator or your finger to apply the primer. Allow the primer to dry thoroughly before applying the eyeshadow and other eye make-up.
