How to use the Schwarzkopf Professional Blondme Bond Enforcing Colour Remover
Before use, mix parts A and B with the developer. Apply the mixture evenly to dry hair using a brush. When applying, you should start with the darkest areas. The colour remover should then be left to work for 20 minutes and you should check the result visually from time to time. After the application time, rinse out the product and apply Fibreplex No2 to towel-dried hair. After 10 minutes, rinse the Fibreplex out of the hair. You should not use shampoo to rinse out the hair so that the natural protective barrier of the scalp remains intact. You can now dry your hair and start a new colour treatment if required.Description

Very disappointed. This product clearly say a ‘Colour Remover’ but it actually a bleach. I was wondering why it had a powdery substance and why I had to add a developer since I never had to add my own developer to hair colour remover and it was never a powdery substance which is actually the bleach. It turned my hair orange instead of removing just the red hair dye and left some white blonde streaks. I specifically grown my hair out to recover from previous damage from bleach and vowed never to bleach my hair again just to be tricked by this false label. I actually would demand a refund if I could since this is False Advertisement. Also my hair never fell out or broke when I used hair colour removal but in this instances it did.
