Anti-ageing routine – 5 steps to a youthful complexion

Structured skincare is very important for an effective anti-ageing routine. With us, you will find a suitable routine, tailored to mature skin, to nourish and protect your skin, while preserving your youthful glow.

Step 1: WashingFirst of all, begin with a gentle and moisturising cleansing gel. With this, you remove all traces of make-up and your skin is freed at the same time from oils and bacteria.
Step 2: TonerAt the next step, reach for a toner. The toner helps your skin to better absorb the actives in products. Simply put some toner on a cotton pad and dab lightly onto your face. Use a mild toner without alcohol so that the skin does not dry out.
Step 3: ScrubFor mature skin, a chemical peel is ideal, as AHA acids penetrate deep into the skin and promote the regeneration of new cells. However, do not use such a peel more often than once a week, as the acids contained in it can damage the skin barrier if used excessively.
Step 4: Anti-ageing serumAt the next step, apply an anti-ageing serum with retinol. It is best to use it when your skin is still slightly damp, so that it can develop its actives optimally.
Step 5: MoisturiserTo finish your routine, you should use a moisturising cream with hyaluronic acid both morning and evening. This nourishes your skin intensively, makes it radiant and creates a plumped-up appearance. In the morning, it is also important to use an SPF to prevent further skin-ageing.
