Body care guide for oily skin

To avoid this, pH-neutral, moisturising bath salts or bath oils are ideal, as they help to preserve moisture and keep the skin soft.Gentle cleansing in winterTo refine the complexion, you can use a peel one to three times a week. With the peel, you remove dead skin flakes and promote cell renewal.Caring for your skin with dry brushingDry brushing is gently massaging your skin with a body brush. This method combines exfoliation and gentle massage. It also promotes blood circulation, reduces stress and is even supposed to combat cellulite.
Moisturising body lotions for intense moistureIn the colder months from autumn through to winter, we recommend using a moisturising body lotion. It supplies your skin with moisture through rich ingredients like shea butter, coconut oil or glycerin and protects it from dehydration.Body oils for soft skinUse body oils for your rich skincare. These oils have the special quality of locking moisture into the skin, protecting it and caring for it. Apply the oil to slightly damp skin after your bath or shower and massage it gently into your skin so it feels soft.Skincare tips for eyes and lips.Pay special attention to the areas around your eyes and lips, as the skin is thinner there and has less protection from the oil glands. Use special creams and serums for the eye area to soothe and protect the skin. We recommend a moisturising balm for the lips.
