Weleda Calendula Toothpaste was designed for gentle yet thorough cleaning without menthol. Fine calcium carbonate serves as a mineral cleaning agent that reliably cleans the teeth. Instead of the widespread peppermint flavour, mild essential fennel oil provides a pleasant, alternative feeling of freshness in the mouth. This special composition is therefore particularly suitable for users who wish to avoid menthol during homeopathic treatment, for example. Herbal extracts from the eponymous calendula can help to soothe the mouth. The careful formulation is complemented by an extract of myrrh. The addition of water-soluble fluorides and synthetic flavourings, colourings and preservatives is consistently avoided during production. It also contains no foaming surfactants or sugar. The vegan formulation relies entirely on mineral and plant-based ingredients for daily oral hygiene. Regular use with a toothbrush can remove plaque, which supports the natural care of the teeth.
