How to use the WoodWick Lavender Spa scented candles
For the safest possible use, place the candle on a flat, fire-resistant surface away from flammable materials and out of reach of children and pets. The candle should also never be left burning unattended. To ensure that the scented candle burns as evenly as possible, it should burn continuously for at least as long as it takes for the entire wax surface to liquefy.Description

Scented candles are very easy to use, but a few factors greatly improve the burning behaviour and safety. Always place the scented candle on an even surface in a windless place and away from flammable materials. Before lighting, you should also shorten the wick to around 5 mm. To avoid tunnelling, leave the scented candle burning for at least as long as it takes for the top layer of wax to melt completely. This can take around two hours. However, you should not exceed a burning time of four hours at a time. For optimum burning quality, you should always extinguish the candle with a candle snuffer.
