Inside the Zao Bamboo Lip Oil is a rich formula that is vegan and contains no animal ingredients. A central element of the composition is organic bamboo hydrolate, which is obtained through the gentle distillation of bamboo leaves and contains organic silicon dioxide. This base is complemented by a complex blend of selected plant oils. The formulation includes organic shea butter, organic cocoa butter and oils from coconut, macadamia nut and almond. This combination provides essential fatty acids such as omega-3, omega-6 and vitamin F. The soft, bevelled applicator allows the texture to be spread precisely. The oil leaves a soft sheen but, unlike other variants in the line, does not contain any colour pigments. The small viewing window at the bottom of the packaging allows you to see how full the 3.8 ml container is at all times. The "Certified Organic Quality" seal on the lid also indicates the origin of the ingredients used.
