It also binds excess oil in the pores and helps to regulate sebum production. The soothing care of Centella Asiatica helps to restore the skin's moisture barrier and soothe roughness or irritation. Glycerin attracts and binds moisture. This allows the skin to retain more moisture. It also forms a protective layer that prevents moisture loss.Use
