GUERLAIN’s L’Homme Idéal Eau de Toilette is a multi-layered, aromatic-woody composition based on the interplay of three olfactory accents. It opens with a lively freshness, carried by zesty citrus fruits, aromatic rosemary and delicate orange blossom, creating an invigorating first impression. At the heart of the fragrance, a characterful ‘Amaretto’ accord then unfolds. This arises from the warm blend of almond and tonka bean and lends the creation an unmistakable depth. The fragrance experience is rounded off by a base of masculine notes of Indian vetiver, cedarwood and a subtle leather accord. These elements create a warm, elegant finish with a long-lasting presence.

The fragrance is presented in a luxurious, square bottle with faceted edges and matt black sides. The heavy, solid cap, with its guilloché pattern, pays homage to the traditional art of watchmaking and emphasises the refined character of this creation.

In order for men's perfume to really come into its own, it is always sprayed very sparingly and directly onto the skin. The chosen fragrance is quickly released through body heat. If you use a spray bottle, the distance should be around 20 cm. The fine spray mist is not rubbed off and dries on the skin. As the spray mist rises from the bottom upwards, the skin is always perfumed from the bottom upwards. Ideally, the body should be prepared with an odourless body lotion before perfuming. The fragrances in the men's perfume will cling to the lipids in the lotion, ensuring a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
