Kérastase Blond Absolu Bain Ultra-Violet presents itself as a specialised hair bath that has been explicitly designed for the requirements of cool blonde, grey or white hair. An essential component of this formulation are ultra-violet neutralisers, which aim to even out the visual appearance of unwanted yellow and brassy tones. The formulation combines these colour-correcting properties with selected ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and edelweiss flower extract. Hyaluronic acid is known for its ability to help strengthen the hair fibre, while edelweiss extract acts as an antioxidant. This combination is said to make the hair appear smooth and shiny after use. The bottle is designed in a striking purple colour with silver accents and a holographic shimmer. To use, the product is applied to wet hair and should be left on for two to five minutes to allow the pigments to develop. Due to the intense pigmentation, it may be advisable to wear gloves. Ecological aspects are also taken into account, as the packaging is made from 95% recycled plastic.
