The Kiehl's Ultra Facial Oil-Free Gel Cream is a moisturiser that is characterised by its particularly light, non-greasy gel texture. It has been specially developed to meet the needs of normal to oily skin and is quickly absorbed after application without leaving an oily film. An immediately noticeable cooling effect leaves the skin feeling pleasant and fresh. The formulation contains Imperata Cylindrica root extracts and Antarcticine, a glacial glycoprotein. These ingredients can help to balance the skin's moisture levels. The appearance of shine can be minimised, preparing the skin for subsequent make-up application. The formula deliberately avoids the addition of alcohol and perfume.

Apply your moisturiser directly after thoroughly cleansing your face. The pores are wide open and the skin can absorb the cream and its valuable ingredients better. To do this, take a hazelnut-sized amount on your fingertips and start massaging in on the chin. Then work your way outwards and stroke upwards. This promotes blood circulation to the skin. To care for the eyes, apply the moisturiser under and over the eyelid. Gently pat the cream in with your ring finger. Do not use too much moisturiser for facial care. Large amounts are not absorbed by the skin and can clog the pores.
