Lalique Encre Noire is a composition that is characterised by its woody, aromatic character. The fragrance unfolds with a fresh note of cypress, which creates a clear and invigorating opening. At the centre of the fragrance structure are two different types of vetiver - bourbon and Haitian vetiver - which together form an earthy yet complex heart note. This combination gives the eau de toilette its special depth. The base note rounds off the fragrance experience with warm cashmere wood and musk, which ensures a soft and long-lasting finish. The design of the bottle, inspired by an inkwell from 1913, emphasises the elegant character of the fragrance with its dark, cubic shape and wooden-look lid.

In order for men's perfume to really come into its own, it is always sprayed very sparingly and directly onto the skin. The chosen fragrance is quickly released through body heat. If you use a spray bottle, the distance should be around 20 cm. The fine spray mist is not rubbed off and dries on the skin. As the spray mist rises from the bottom upwards, the skin is always perfumed from the bottom upwards. Ideally, the body should be prepared with an odourless body lotion before perfuming. The fragrances in the men's perfume will cling to the lipids in the lotion, ensuring a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
