Manic Panic’s High Voltage Classic Shocking Blue is an intense shade of blue for striking hairstyles. This semi-permanent hair colour allows you to give your hair a vibrant blue hue. The formula is designed to sit directly on the hair without penetrating deep into the hair structure. For a particularly clear and intense colour result, it is recommended for use on pre-bleached hair. The creamy consistency makes it easy to apply the colour evenly from the roots to the ends. As a vegan product, this hair colour contains no ingredients of animal origin whatsoever. The colour gradually washes out of the hair, allowing for flexible and temporary style changes.

Before applying a hair tint, moisten your hair and then lightly towel-dry it. Then put on the gloves that come with the tint and apply the paste to your fingers. The hair colour is then worked in from the roots to the ends. You can spread the colour through your hair with your fingers or with a comb. The result is more even if the colour is distributed with a comb. The colour remains in the hair for around 20 to 30 minutes to achieve the desired result. The hair is then rinsed until clear water can be seen. After tinting, the hair is not washed for 24 to 48 hours.
