Virgin Snow from Manic Panic - a hair colour as white as virgin snow. The semi-permanent "High Voltage Classic" range consists of eight shades that glow under black light. The hair colours are vegan and completely free from parabens, phthalates and ammonia.
Manic Panic was founded in New York in 1977 - at a time when punk was just coming into fashion and crazy hair colours were becoming socially acceptable. Since then, a real cult has grown up around the label's product range - not least because of the witty product names.
Create unusual hairstyles with Manic Panic
The High Voltage Classic hair colour is a hair dye that lasts for four to six weeks and fades a little further with every wash. It is ready-to-use and does not need to be mixed with developer to achieve the desired result. However, the hair must first be lightened for the colour to be visible. Virgin Snow has a blue tint, which is used to balance out the yellow tint in bleached hair. The hair colour can be used to create trendy pastel shades or to freshen up blonde hair.Description
