To wash your hands with hand soap, moisten your fingers, the backs of your hands and palms with a little water. Apply one or two pumps to the palms of your hands and lather up the soap. Rub the soap into your hands until a light lather forms. Then wash your hands thoroughly. After washing, rinse the soap thoroughly under the tap. If your hands are more soiled, repeat the process. As the hand soap also dissolves oils in the skin, ideally apply a lotion or hand cream afterwards. Some hand soaps can also be used in the shower.
