The True Eyes Eyeliner Pencil by PUPA Milano combines the colour intensity of a liquid eyeliner with the ease of use of a classic pencil. This wooden pencil features a lead that allows for precise application along the lash line. Thanks to its high pigmentation, it can add visual depth to the eyes and clearly define the eye contour. The product is designed to create an opaque finish that lasts all day long. Available in various shades, such as the deep black of No. 01, the pencil adapts to a range of looks. The design is deliberately simple, featuring a black barrel, white logo print and a transparent protective cap. The texture allows for both precise contours and softer shading, offering a wide range of styling options.

For the classic eyeliner line, hold the eyeliner pencil like a pencil between your thumb, index finger and middle finger. This increases stability and you won't slip when drawing the eyeliner. Place the pencil on the outer edge of the lower eyelid and draw a thin line along the waterline. The eyeliner can be a little wider towards the centre. You can also emphasise the upper waterline with a line of eyeliner. To ensure that your eyeliner does not run during the day, you can use a powder to set it. Use an eyeshadow or eyeliner brush to lightly press the powder onto the freshly drawn eyeliner line.
