This set from Pixi combines two coordinated products for a fresh complexion. The Beauty Blush Duo contains two powder textures that can be effortlessly applied to the skin. One half of the compact powder is a delicate pink shade that gives the cheeks a subtle colour. The other half is a light beige shade that can be used as a highlighter to emphasise certain areas of the face. Both shades have a silky consistency and can be combined for a customised result. The enclosed kabuki brush is specially designed for applying powder products. Its dense, soft bristles pick up the pigments well and enable even application and blending. The compact design of the duo and brush makes them practical companions for travelling.

Highlighters are available in stick, powder or liquid form, but are very similar in application. Regardless of which product you choose, the highlighter is applied to the highest points of the face that you want to emphasise. Applied to the forehead, the highlighter gives a fresh, healthy complexion in an instant. Place the highlighter in the centre of the forehead and then blend it slightly outwards. To prevent the skin from looking oily, keep the shimmer subtle. Highlighter is also popular for emphasising the cheekbones, on the bridge of the nose, below the eyebrow and in the centre above the lip.
