A waterproof eyeliner
The Eye Define Waterline eyeliner from Pixi is absolutely waterproof. It does not smudge and is resistant to sweat and tears. It also offers high coverage and is comfortable to wear. For the classic eyeliner line, hold the eyeliner pencil like a pencil between your thumb, index finger and middle finger. This increases stability and you won't slip when drawing the eyeliner.
