Always use with body oil, for maximum effect we recommend Bancha Oil. Apply a generous amount of Bancha Oil body oil to clean, dry skin. Massage for 5-10 minutes per area with gentle movements in the direction of lymph flow: from the outer parts of the body towards the centre of the body. Cleanse with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Cleaning with water is not recommended.
