The Balm Quiet on Set Setting Powder is a talc-free powder that gives your make-up a matte finish. Available in four different shades, the powder is suitable for both very light and very dark skin types. Quiet on Set Setting Powder is easy to apply with a brush or a sponge and seamlessly blends out all transitions. The powder has a medium coverage that can be built up as desired. What's more, the powder is free from talc, parabens and silicones, is cruelty-free, vegan and non-comedogenic. However, it is enriched with rice starch, which helps to slow down the skin's own sebum production.
