Massage oils & essential oils are available in numerous varieties and fragrances, but the application is very different. Massage oils are suitable for relaxing massages on the face and body. Some oils are even suitable for intimate massage. Apply a thin layer of the massage oil to damp or dry skin and massage it into the skin using even, circular movements and gentle pressure.
Essential oils are particularly versatile in their application. However, the main area of application for essential oils is aromatherapy. You can use it as part of aromatherapy in fragrance lamps or as a bath additive, mixed with carrier oil for a massage or for a soothing steam bath.
