The Organic Pharmacy Arnica Soothing Muscle Soak is a soothing and muscle-relaxing bath that has a soothing effect on tired, achy and stiff muscles and reliably relieves pain. It is based on sea salt and has been enriched with arnica, eucalyptus and ginger. Arnica stimulates blood circulation, which relieves pain and muscle tension. Eucalyptus and ginger revitalise body and mind and lift the veil of exhaustion and tiredness. The body care also contains sunflower oil, which gives you soft and supple skin. All ingredients are certified organic and the formula contains no petrochemical ingredients.
Application tips for The Organic Pharmacy Arnica Soothing Muscle Soak
This body care product is ideal for relaxing after strenuous gardening or sport. For a full bath, add two tablespoons of the bath salt to the hot, running water and allow it to dissolve completely. The Soothing Muscle Soak can also be used as a foot bath for tired legs.

Bath salts & bath bombs provide a particularly relaxing bathing experience and are easy to use. You can use the bath bomb in two ways. Pour it into a half-filled bath and then fill it up further. The bath bomb will have dissolved before you get into the bath. Or you can add the bath bomb to the full bathtub first and experience the tingling sensation as it dissolves. Bath salts, on the other hand, are always dissolved in hot water first. Then fill the bath with 36 °C to 38 °C warm water, distribute the bath salts evenly and enjoy a 15-minute bath.
