Sustainable packaging, yet practical and handy

We Love The Planet packs the Stick Lip Balm Velvet Shine in a cardboard tube, also known as a papertube. You simply push up your lip balm and the packaging works roughly like conventional plastic packaging. This is handy and simple, yet good for the environment. The manufacturer completely dispenses with synthetic ingredients for sustainable, vegan skincare. The lip balm is expressly unisex, so don't be confused by the colours of the cardboard tube. Incidentally, the manufacturer has replaced the beeswax usually contained in lip balm with Myrica pubescens fruit wax. Coconut oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower wax and other oils pamper your skin!

Ideally, you should always apply a lip balm to clean and dry lips. Use the balm in sticks like a lipstick. If the lip balm is in a jar, use your index finger or an applicator to spread it easily. Apply the balm generously to the upper and lower lip. When applying, start with the upper lip and work outwards from the centre. Then do the same with the lower lip. The warmth of the lips makes the moisturiser soft and easy to spread. Always use your lip balm when needed or if you feel that your lips are dry.
