The BlondorPlex™ Cream Toners with PLEX technology for fast blonde toning results in just 5 minutes. Neutralises unwanted warm tones and golden reflections. Ideal for Illuminage/Balayage Services. /86 Ultra Cool Booster can be used for more intensive neutralisation of gold/orange reflections. Add 1-5 g Ultra Cool Booster to 30 g selected toner colour and mix 1 : 2 with developer. Caution: It is too intense to use on its own.
Use
Use after a Blondor lightening service. Express toning to neutralise warm golden reflections and to achieve blended blonde results. MIXING RECOMMENDATION: EXPRESS TONING: Mix 1:2 with 1.9% Welloxon Perfect. Fast & reliable toning for blended blonde results. EXPRESS TONING and as a BASE BREAKER: mix 1:2 with 4% Welloxon Perfect. Perfect for gently lightening natural-coloured roots while simultaneously toning the lengths and ends. Equalises colour boundaries - for premium blonde results.
