Ideal for Illuminage/Balayage Services. /86 Ultra Cool Booster can be used for more intensive neutralisation of gold/orange reflections. Add 1-5 g Ultra Cool Booster to 30 g selected toner colour and mix 1 : 2 with developer. Caution: It is too intense to use on its own.

Use after a Blondor lightening service. Express toning to neutralise warm golden reflections and to achieve blended blonde results. MIXING RECOMMENDATION: EXPRESS TONING: Mix 1:2 with 1.9% Welloxon Perfect. Fast & reliable toning for blended blonde results. EXPRESS TONING and as a BASE BREAKER: mix 1:2 with 4% Welloxon Perfect.
