How to achieve long-lasting styles
First of all, you wrap your hair on curlers of the desired size. Then pour some of the Neutralizer into a bowl. You can use a sponge for application. Spread Wella’s Curl & Wave Neutralizer evenly over your hair and leave on for about five minutes. You can then take out the curlers and apply the rest of the product. After a further five minutes of exposure, the Neutralizer is rinsed out. The result – beautifully curly hair.Contents
