An olfactory interplay of light and dark elements characterises the XERJOFF Scented Candle Dark Violette. The container itself is made from high-quality Limoges porcelain and is a radiant white with an iridescent surface that gently reflects the light. A golden, artistically designed label on the front emphasises the aesthetic appeal of the design and harmonises with the fine porcelain. Pure vegetable wax is used for the production, which is poured by hand and allows the candle to burn for up to 45 hours.
The fragrance composition starts with a multi-layered blend of almond, violet, warm amber and blackcurrant. At the centre of the creation are floral and soft accords of heliotrope, cashmere and tuberose, which are complemented by fruity raspberries. This combination creates an exciting fragrance that combines sweet fruity notes with tart, leathery tones. A deep base of moss, leather, cedarwood and patchouli gives the aroma an earthy and enduring finish. Scented candles are very easy to use, but a few factors greatly improve the burning behaviour and safety. Always place the scented candle on an even surface in a windless place and away from flammable materials. Before lighting, you should also shorten the wick to around 5 mm. To avoid tunnelling, leave the scented candle burning for at least as long as it takes for the top layer of wax to melt completely. This can take around two hours. However, you should not exceed a burning time of four hours at a time. For optimum burning quality, you should always extinguish the candle with a candle snuffer.
