Zao Brushes

The Bamboo Blush Brush from Zao was developed for the precise application of blush, bronzer and mineral powder. Its characteristic shape is characterised by a slightly slanted head with short bristles that follow the natural contours of the cheekbones. Thanks to this special geometry, the tool can help to visually structure the face and create defined accents. The brush hairs used are made of synthetic material that reliably absorbs powder products and releases them evenly. The handle is made from biodegradable bamboo, which gives the utensil a natural feel and ensures comfortable handling. A white element visually connects the brown wooden handle with the black bristles, while the handle bears the words "essence of nature" and the model number 703. No animal ingredients are used in the production process, making the brush vegan. Weighing around 20 grams, the accessory is light to hold. To maintain the quality of the synthetic fibres in the long term, regular cleaning with cold water and mild soap is recommended. The brush should then be laid flat to dry.

A blush brush makes applying powdery blush much easier. Pick up a small amount of blush with the brush by sweeping it over the powder. To avoid getting too much blush on your cheeks from the start, tap the brush once to be on the safe side. Apply the blush to the cheeks using light, circular movements. The intensity can be built up gradually if desired. You should avoid applying too much colour, as so-called apple cheeks look unnatural.
