The BioEffect EGF Eye Serum was specially developed for the needs of the sensitive skin around the eyes. Its feather-light, gel-like texture is based on pure Icelandic water and a deliberately minimalist formula containing just eleven ingredients. The serum is enriched with hyaluronic acid and EGF (epidermal growth factor) derived from barley.
