Twist the eyeliner out by only about 3 mm (the pencil cannot be twisted back in to protect the formula from air and prevent it from drying out).
Draw the line along your lash line and then blend the colour as desired using the smudge tip at the other end.
Leave the colour to dry for 60 seconds to ensure it is fully smudge- and transfer-proof.
Close the pencil carefully after use to protect the smooth formula.
To remove, use your favourite Clinique eye make-up remover.
