Manic Panic High Voltage Classic

A rich, dark mahogany tone characterises the Infra Red shade within the iconic High Voltage Classic Colour range from Tish & Snooky's Manic Panic N.Y.C. This semi-permanent tinting cream has a vegan composition and is completely free from ingredients such as PPD, ammonia and resorcinol. The special formula was developed to enable gentle treatment of the hair structure during the colouring process. For an optimal, luminous colour result, application on pre-blonded hair is recommended, ideally in the range of a medium blonde shade of level 7. On darker or untreated hair, however, the colour may appear as a subtle, warm shimmer. The pigments usually last for a period of four to six weeks, depending on the condition of the hair surface and the frequency of shampooing. The practical, resealable 118 ml jar allows precise portioning and the storage of residual quantities for later touch-ups. The amount required varies depending on the length of the hair, with two to three jars often being recommended for shoulder-length hair. A compatibility test is advisable before applying to large areas.

Before applying a hair tint, moisten your hair and then lightly towel-dry it. Then put on the gloves that come with the tint and apply the paste to your fingers. The hair colour is then worked in from the roots to the ends. You can spread the colour through your hair with your fingers or with a comb. The result is more even if the colour is distributed with a comb. The colour remains in the hair for around 20 to 30 minutes to achieve the desired result. The hair is then rinsed until clear water can be seen. After tinting, the hair is not washed for 24 to 48 hours.
