PUPA Milano’s Vamp! Waterproof Mascara has been developed to create an expressive look that stands up to any situation. The formula combines natural and synthetic waxes, which ensure a creamy texture and make it comfortable to wear. A special, water-repellent polymer ensures long-lasting hold without weighing the lashes down.
