Inspired by the complex flavours of an 18-year-old single malt, this composition transports the senses to the rugged atmosphere of the Scottish Highlands and reinterprets the heritage of fine spirits. Perfumer Sidonie Lancesseur's creation opens with the unusual, earthy sweetness of wheat absolute, which is elegantly complemented by the slightly floral character of davana essence. This striking opening flows smoothly into a highly concentrated heart of cedarwood and immortelle, which gives the eau de parfum its structured and long-lasting depth. Finally, styrax and tolu balsam round off the fragrance experience in the base note and are reminiscent of maturing wooden barrels and misty moors, emphasising the authentic whisky character. The perfume belongs to the classic olfactory family of fougère fragrances and is characterised by a harmonious interplay of woody and spicy accords that unfold on the skin. The yellowish colour of the liquid visually reflects the warmth of the essences it contains.
