Sebastian COLOR Cellophanes offer a way to give hair a brilliant shine and temporary colour highlights. Designed as a semi-permanent colour enhancer, the formula deliberately avoids the use of ammonia, alcohol and peroxide. Instead, the formula is largely water-based and has an acidic pH value, which can help to close the cuticle. The colour forms a translucent layer around each individual hair without permanently altering its natural pigmentation. This effect allows light to be reflected more effectively, resulting in an intensified radiance. A range of shades is available to enhance individual hair colours or simply to impart a clear shine. The product is suitable for all hair types and the results last for up to four weeks. As the formula is vegan, ethical considerations are also taken into account.
